Troubleshooting Information Below:

DO NOT PUT THE MOD IN THE C:\Program Files\Wolverine Studios\Draft Day Sports - College Football 2025\Data folder. That folder contains the default files that come with the game and as updates are made to the game, the updates could override the mod files, plus not a good practice overriding the default game files. The logos folder and various mod files should go into the \Documents\Wolverine Studios\DDSCF 2025 folder, this is the correct place. Nearly all the issues people have with the mod is because not installing the mod in the correct Documents folder, even though they think they are. See #4 below, if your computer is not using the default Documents folder on the C:\ drive (which is common nowadays), you must put the correct path to the required folder in during the install. You don't need to manually extract and copy/paste the files, on the install screen you simply change the path to the correct folder location.

Can you specifically explain what issue you had installing the mod? If anyone else has issues installing, it's best to re-read the instructions (sometimes key items missed) and if still having an issue, post details of your problem on the mod post, including screenshots of what the Document Folder finder tool shows. Typically with this information, the problem can easily be solved versus being frustrated by it.

1) Are you using a Windows computer or Mac?

- If using a Mac, likely an issue putting the files in correct folder, see #4 for my details.

2) Were you able to download an unzip the file without issues?

- If not, your browser's security features might be blocking it and in some cases it asks if you want to keep the file? This happens sometimes when using an unknown file. However, since you manually extracted the file, I assume you did not have any issues downloading.

3) Were you able to run the EXE from the mod? Or did you receive some kind of error? If an error, what was the error message?

- If you received some kind of error, it's possible that your computer's security software is thinking the file has an issue, which is explained in the installation notes. If this is the case, you need to determine if you want to trust the file and have your security exclude the file from it's scans.

4) Were you able to run the mod without an error but the logos and team names just didn't show up in the game?

- This is the particular situation people report on the most and it's because your not installing the files in the correct place. Within the instructions it explains that some people's "document" folder actually being used is in a different place then they think. Sometimes it is on the c:\ drive, while others a different drive letter, or on OneDrive which is common nowadays with new computer installs as it tends to be the default. Therefore as the installation instructions state, during the install when you get to the screen with the file path, you need to put the correct folder for the mod to install in the correct place. To help you figure this out, in the install instructions I provided a link to a Document Folder Finder utility which will help you understand what path you need to have the files in. If still doesn't work, take a screenshot of the Document Folder utility and post it here as it will help me know what exactly you need to do. I have been doing this mod fo rmany years now and this situation is the #1 reason people have installing the mod.

5) If the mod installer runs fine and you think the files are in the correct folder, typically the reason not working is you didn't create a new league AFTER installing the mod with the required settings as defined in the instructions.

Example
Below is a a screenshot from the Document Folder finder utility.

Looking at the section Wolverine Studios Document Folder Location section, this tells you where the game will look to find all the Wolverine Studio game's data files. In this case it says "D:\Users\<<insert user name>>\Documents\Wolverine Studios\", which you would then use during the installation of the mod. As mentioned, nowadays its common that people's Documents folder is on OneDrive (for cloud sharing/backup), you might see something like "C:\Users\<<user name>>\OneDrive\Documents\Wolverine Studios\".

Now when you run the mod, the first screen has a field for the Destination Folder, which defaults to "C:\Users\<<insert user name>>\Documents\Wolverine Studios\DDSCF 2025". As you can see with the Document Folder Finder, this is not correct as the drive defaults to c:\ but my Documents folder is on d:\. So you need to replace the default folder with "D:\Users\<<insert user name>>\Documents\Wolverine Studios\DDSCF 2025" (have to add on "\DDSCF 2025" to the path from previous step). Then continue with the install and everything will install in correct folder.
